A rather pretty sunset behind Doctors Pond in Great Dunmow that drew me out this evening
I only had my tiny Manfrotto table tripod with me so decided to go for that low to the ground look…which worked until, inexplicably, the camera changed its focus…but in the end I quite liked it anyway! I added a bird song soundtrack which I recorded a week earlier about 10 miles away 😉
The fair comes to Dunmow a few times a year. It’s not a large fair but it’s always interesting to see it first thing in the morning with no one around.
Despite living close to Doctors Pond in Great Dunmow we very rarely see damselflies in the area…indeed, this is only the second time I have seen one in our garden after 18 years of living here.
